DUXBURY -- Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Duxbury between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $450 to $980, with a median of $906.

Of those, three deeds listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $450 to $980, with a median of $906. The remaining eight transactions did not include a consideration amount, which is common in Registry of Deeds filings and does not necessarily indicate the properties changed hands for no value. With eight of 11 deeds carrying no price data, the period's raw volume offers a clearer picture of recording activity than of pricing trends.

TOP SALES Because only three deeds disclosed a sale price, all three are listed below, in descending order.

1296 Tremont St. sold for $980 on July 30. Kelley M. Moffett and Gerald Moffett sold the property to Samuel and Miriam Hammer.

26 Acorn St. sold for $906 on July 28. Bruce S. Johnson and Lisa D. Johnson sold the property to Kerry L. Romig.

2 Red Hawk Ln. sold for $450 on July 29. Perry Phillips Woods LLC sold the property to AG Homes LLC, the only transaction in the period between two limited liability companies.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No street in the dataset recorded more than one sale in the period, so no street-level clustering emerges. Separately, the Red Hawk Lane transaction was the only deed in the period between two limited liability companies rather than individual buyers or sellers.
