Third was 7 Rodeo Drive, which sold for $510 on July 24. The sellers were Cheryl Ann Burns, as trustee, and the William T. Monahan Irrevocable Trust; the buyer was Christopher G. Kimball.

Fourth was 61 Maple Avenue, which sold for $410 on July 20. Seller Virginia S. Potkay conveyed the property to buyers Jacob G. Bishop and Kara N. Bishop.

Fifth was a parcel sold by the town of East Bridgewater to Hawkeye Fence LLC for $290 on July 27. No street address was listed for this transaction in the deed record.
