EAST BRIDGEWATER -- Eight property deeds were recorded in East Bridgewater between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two listed a sale price, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Several of the remaining transfers appear to involve the same owners moving property into a family trust or transferring it among relatives rather than selling on the open market.
