Marion sale prices cluster near $1 million as median hits $970,750

MARION -- Nine property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Marion between June 19 and July 18, but three of those carried only nominal consideration, leaving six transactions as actual market sales ranging from $595,000 to $1,375,000.

Fourth was 31 Stoney Run Ln., which sold for $966,500 on June 24; Edward N. Harrigan Jr. and Megan J. Harrigan sold to Connor R. MacLean. Fifth was 492 Delano Rd., which sold for $610,000 on June 26; Peter L. Borsari, trustee, sold to Samantha Petrosino and Alexander Petrosino. Point Road saw two recorded transfers during the period: the $975,000 sale at 490 Point Rd. and a nominal-consideration transfer at 663 Point Rd. from Oliver S. Sughrue and Helene C.
