Three additional transfers recorded during the period were nominal-consideration transactions, not market sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded nine total property transfers in Halifax during the period. Of those, six carried a market sale price, ranging from $375,000 to $800,000, with a median of $529,950. The remaining three transfers were recorded for nominal consideration under $10,000 and are not reflected in the price range or median. 28 Lawrence Rd. sold for $624,900 on Sept. 17. The sale involved the Adolph J. LeBlanc Jr. Family Trust, with Tina Myers as trustee, selling to James M. Anderson and Jill L. Anderson.

58 Chestnut Rd. sold for $435,000 on Sept. 22. Laurie A. Tuholski sold the property to Robert A. Johnson III and Sage A. Pomella.

35 Ocean Ave. sold for $400,000 on Sept. 23. John W. and Caroline Estes sold the property to Safe House Capital LLC.
