Hull Home Sales Span $120 to $885 Range in Latest Recording Period

HULL -- Eleven deeds were recorded for Hull properties between June 19 and July 18, with sale prices disclosed on seven of them and the top transaction, at 62 C Street, closing at $885.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Hull during the period. Of those, seven listed a disclosed consideration amount, ranging from $120 to $885, with a median of $710.
