Hull Home Prices Span $410,000 to $2.7 Million Over Four Weeks

HULL -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Hull during the four weeks from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, led by a $2.7 million sale on Bluff Road that was more than double the next-highest transaction.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Nine sales were recorded in the period, eight of them with a sale price. Prices ranged from $410,000 to $2,700,000, with a median sale price of $690,000. One transfer, at 27 Prospect Ave., was recorded for nominal consideration and is not reflected in the price range, median or price-tier breakdown below. Nine recorded transfers is a modest count for a one-month window; the raw number by itself does not indicate whether the period was busier or slower than typical for Hull.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced sale was 2 Bluff Rd., which sold for $2,700,000. David F. Engelkemeyer and Susan West Engelkemeyer sold the property to Martina Diekmann and Aleksandar Zorovic. Bed, bath and square footage figures were not available in the deed data.

The second-highest sale was 40 Samoset Ave., which sold for $909,000. The sellers were listed as Amy Brett Dwyer, trustee, and the Edward G. Riley Jr. Revocable Trust; the buyers were Bryan S. St Cyr and Elizabeth R. St Cyr.

At 84 Newport Rd., the property sold for $765,000. Kristine M. Bingham, also listed as Kristine M. Shipps, sold to Jamison Charles Schroeder and Erica Schroeder.

188 Cadish Ave. sold for $700,000. The seller was listed as Cecile Lasoff, trustee, and the Cadish Avenue Realty Trust; the buyers were Christopher M. Lincoln and Kathryn A. Black.

Rounding out the top five, 101 Kenberma St. sold for $680,000. Maria L. Esposito sold the property to Thomas W. Harrigan.
