MARION -- Seven properties sold in Marion from late August through late September, with prices ranging from $285,000 to $1,685,000 and three transactions crossing the $1 million mark, according to deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.

Third was 312 Wareham St., which sold for $1,150,000 on Sept. 1; the seller was Rusinoski Chester O TR and Rusinoski Debra Marie TR, and the buyer was Sippican Realty Group LLC. Fourth was 197 Converse Rd., which sold for $795,875 on Sept. 4; the seller was Robey Gary L Jr TR and the Gary L Robey Jr Revocable Trust, and the buyers were Lorna F Eames TR and Jennifer F Eames TR. Fifth was 9 Quelle Ln., which sold for $700,000 on Sept. 9; the sellers were David H. Durfey and Jessica M.P. Durfey, and the buyer was Quelle Lane LLC.
