MATTAPOISETT -- Of the 12 property transfers recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Mattapoisett between June 19 and July 18, only three carried a market sale price, while nine were recorded as nominal-consideration transfers, several involving the same owner names moving property into a trust.
