Norwell Home Prices Range From $258,000 To $2.57 Million In September

NORWELL -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Norwell between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but just five carried a market sale price, with the highest reaching $2,570,000 and the lowest $258,000.

TOP SALES

The month's highest-priced transaction was 29 Tara Drive, which sold for $2,570,000 on Sept. 11. The sellers were James F. Schipani and Erin M. Schipani; the buyer was Jennifer D. Weaver, acting as trustee of the Jennifer D. Weaver Revocable Trust.

30 Leonard Lane sold for $1,525,000 on Sept. 21. Sellers Nathan R. Brown and Jill K. Brown transferred the property to David Tiago Santos and Brittany Santos.

20 Centennial Way sold for $1,320,000 on Aug. 28. The sellers, Michael J. Simmons and Karen M. Simmons, acting as trustees, sold to Paul J. Lynch.

379 Main Street sold for $970,000 on Sept. 14. Sellers John R. Dalferro and Donna M. Dalferro transferred the property to Robert Louis Cormier and Courtney Cormier.

66 Brantwood Road sold for $258,000 on Sept. 16. The deed lists George D. Trebino and Alyssa M. Trebino as sellers and Alyssa M. Trebino and Joseph T. Trebino as buyers, a transaction that keeps the property within the Trebino family based on the shared surname on both sides of the deed.
