Pembroke Median Home Sale Price Reaches $717,500 In September

PEMBROKE -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Pembroke between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, led by a $1,160,000 sale on Miramar Drive. Six of the nine transfers carried a recorded sale price, while three were nominal-consideration transfers rather than market sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW Six of the nine recorded transfers show a sale price, ranging from $500,000 to $1,160,000. The median sale price among those six is $717,500. With six priced sales and three nominal-consideration transfers in a four-week window, deed activity in Pembroke was moderate for the period; the raw count alone does not point to an unusually active or quiet market without a prior-period comparison.
