PEMBROKE -- Eleven deeds were recorded in Pembroke between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but only five listed a sale price, and three of the price-free transfers moved property from an individual directly into a trust bearing that same person's name.
