Plymouth home prices range widely as median sale hits $631,000

PLYMOUTH -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Plymouth during the period from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but only four carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $495,000 to $925,000, while the remaining six were nominal-consideration transfers, several involving family trusts.

Giorgio sold the property to John Nakashian. 514 Wareham Rd. sold for $542,000 on Sept. 4. Michael Marzeotti and Caitlin Marzeotti sold the property to Lateefah McGowan. 38 Sandy Beach Rd. sold for $495,000 on Sept. 4. Gladys V. McGanty sold the property to Angelina Marie Franklin and Zachary David Franklin.
