ROCKLAND -- Eleven properties changed hands in Rockland between July 13 and July 21, according to deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $465,000 to $790,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded 11 property transfers in Rockland during the period. Nine of the 11 deeds listed a sale price; two were recorded without a disclosed consideration amount. Among the nine disclosed sales, prices ranged from $465,000 to $790,000, with a median sale price of $613,000.
