ROCKLAND -- Eight property transfers were recorded in Rockland between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with the highest-priced sale, a single-family home on Moncrief Road, closing at $715,000. Three of the eight recorded transfers carried only nominal consideration and were not market sales.
