ROCKLAND -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Rockland between June 19 and July 18, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $508 to $835 and a median of $627 among the seven transactions that reported a price. Three of the ten deeds carried no disclosed consideration, including two that appear to be transfers within the same family.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded ten Rockland property transfers during the period. Seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $508 to $835, with a median of $627. The remaining three transfers -- 55 Accord Park Dr, 168 Myrtle St and 80 Durbeck Rd -- listed no consideration amount. Ten recorded deeds in a four-week span works out to roughly one transaction every three days, an active pace by raw count alone, though no prior-period data is available for comparison.

Hartgrove, trustee of the North Avenue Realty Trust, sold to Clifton and Elizabeth Aquino for $627 on June 24. Two properties tied at $570: 291 Levin Rd, sold by Donna Stransky and Barbara McLaughlin to Barbara Louise Ceurvels, and 209 Central St, sold by Ryan and Caroline Cikacz to Ian Paul Dube and Abigail L. Blanchard, both on June 22-23.
