Marion's July Sales Top Out at $1.6 Million Amid Few Priced Deals

MARION -- Eleven property transfers were recorded in Marion between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four carried a disclosed sale price, led by a $1.6 million sale on Delano Road, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 11 recorded transfers, four included sale prices, ranging from $410,000 to $1,600,000, with a median of $742,500 among those four. The remaining seven transfers were recorded for nominal consideration, typically a token amount such as $1 or $10, and are not counted toward the price range or median. With only four verified sale prices in the period, the raw count offers limited basis for characterizing the broader market as active or quiet.

TOP SALES 58 Delano Rd. sold for $1,600,000 on July 15. Anne Marie Fallon and Frederick E. Kracke sold the property to Rebekah McGuire and Christopher Harold McGuire.

7 Blackhall Ct. sold for $780,000 on July 16. Harry C. Beach and Heidi H. Beach sold the property to Corinne Rolland and Mark Rolland.

A Marion property sold for $705,000 on July 13; no street address was listed in the deed record. William F. Quinlan and Dina J. Quinlan sold to Jared M. Spirito and Amy L. Spirito.

357 County Rd. sold for $410,000 on July 6. The seller was listed as Christopher Noble, by attorney Robert W. Noble, and the buyer was Nicholas J. Pereira.
