PLYMPTON -- Plympton recorded four property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two involved a market sale price, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data. The other two were recorded at nominal consideration and are not counted as sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW Two homes sold during the period, with prices ranging from $610,000 to $660,000 and a median sale price of $635,000. Because only two transactions carried a recorded sale price, this data offers limited insight into broader market conditions for Plympton. Two additional transfers were recorded during the period at nominal consideration and are not included in the price range, median or sales count.

TOP SALES 8 Churchill St sold for $660,000 on Oct. 7. The sellers were Taylor S. Norvish and Katelyn Norvish; the buyers were Jason William Holmes and Alexander Holmes. 133 Pleasant St sold for $610,000 on Sept. 25. The seller was Bertha W. Wood; the buyers were Joshua M. Cormier and Kaylyn E. Hickey.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN The two market sales occurred on different streets, Churchill Street and Pleasant Street, with no overlap in location. Pleasant Street also saw one of the nominal-consideration transfers, at 31 Pleasant St, recorded Sept. 17, though that transaction is unrelated in price to the Pleasant Street home sale.

MARKET NOTES Two of the four recorded transfers during the period were made for nominal consideration rather than a market sale price. At 109 Brook St, the transfer on Oct. 9 moved the property from Donald E. Carter and Bonita L. Carter to Bonita L. Carter TR and Donald E. Carter Sr. TR, a change in form suggested by the "TR" designation in the buyer names. At 31 Pleasant St, the transfer on Sept. 17 moved the property from William R. Richmond and Dayle Chibnik to William R. Richmond TR and Dayle Chibnik TR, similarly suggested by the "TR" designation. Neither transfer is characterized here as a sale. No beds, baths or square footage figures were available in the deed data for any property this period.
