WAREHAM -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Wareham between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Sale prices were disclosed in six of the nine deeds, ranging from $320 to $650, with a median of $493 among the sales that listed a price.

Cutler and Sabrina Leeann Cutler selling to Rhonda Britto. At 8 Naushon Rd., Jessica Zamora and Jessica L. Rizzuto sold to Robert H. Pangione II and Margaret A. Pangione for $490 on July 27. Rounding out the top five, 46 Sunset Blv. sold for $415 on July 27, with Erin Donaghey selling to Zachary Duffy.
