West Bridgewater's Priciest September Sale Clears $1 Million Mark

WEST BRIDGEWATER -- A single-family sale on Fieldstone Terrace broke the $1 million mark in late September, the highest price among 11 property transfers recorded in West Bridgewater over the past month, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Eight of the 11 recorded transfers carried a market sale price, ranging from $460,000 to $1,045,000. The median sale price among those eight was $792,500. The remaining three transfers were recorded for nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales. Eight sales in roughly a one-month window is a modest but steady pace for a town of West Bridgewater's size; the data alone does not indicate whether activity increased or slowed compared to prior periods.

TOP SALES

The top sale was 14 Fieldstone Terrace, which sold for $1,045,000 on Sept. 17. Walter J. Morse III and Michelle M. Morse sold the property to Rodrigo Dosanjos.

A property in West Bridgewater, with a specific street address not listed in the deed record, sold for $950,000 on Sept. 4. Esquire Real Estate LLC sold to Richard Mckeraghan.

11 Mill Pond Road sold for $925,000 on Sept. 25. Maureen L. Hunt and David M. Hunt sold the property to Mitchell A. Papineau and Jessica A. Knight.

275 North Main Street sold for $850,000 on Sept. 1. The sellers were Peter S. Badavas, as trustee, and the Keri Lee Realty Trust; the buyer was JA Cruz Inc.

53 Brewster Road sold for $735,000 on Sept. 1. Jpetrohomes LLC sold to Aline Guerson Deoliveira and Dheiferson Deoliveira.

No street in this period's data recorded more than one sale, so transfers are grouped by price tier instead. One sale fell under $500,000: 60 Maolis Avenue at $460,000. Six sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million: 20 West Street ($540,000), 10 Charles Street ($599,900), 53 Brewster Road ($735,000), 275 North Main Street ($850,000), 11 Mill Pond Road ($925,000) and the unlisted-address sale at $950,000. Landry transferred 26 Keenan Street to Allen G. Landry and Lori G. Landry as trustees, and Walter J. and Janet M. Brown transferred 520 Spring Street to themselves as trustees. A third nominal transfer, 365 North Elm Street, moved from Ronald J. Florio to Ronald J. Florio and Lisa B. Florio, adding a second grantee of the same surname.
