BROCKTON -- Twelve properties changed hands in Brockton between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, with disclosed prices ranging from $410,000 to $960,000.

172 Country Club Ln. sold for $730,000 on Aug. 14. The sellers were the Melissa Galligan Revocable Trust and Sean Galligan, as trustee; the buyer was Etelino Miranda.

242 Green St. sold for $700,000 on Aug. 18. Antonio J. Goncalves sold the property to Imobiliaria USA LLC.
