MARION -- Four properties changed hands for recorded prices in Marion between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with sale prices spanning $400,000 to $1,250,000, while six additional deed transfers recorded during the same period carried only nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales.

The lowest of the four priced sales was 56 Oakdale Ave., which sold for $400,000 on Aug. 17; the sellers were James J. Cattel Jr. and Elaine M. Cattel, trustees, and the buyer was Steven Hurwitz.
