The property at 575 East St sold for $550 on June 26, with seller DCSK Development LLC and buyers Joao Pedro Gomes and Maria Antonia Alves Monteiro. Rounding out the top five, 14 Rockland Cir sold for $500 on June 26; the sellers were Linda M. Casey, as trustee, and the James M. Mahanna Jr. Living Trust, and the buyers were James Michael Casey and Jennifer Casey.
