CARVER -- Six properties changed hands for recorded market prices in Carver between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with sale prices spanning from $29,126 to $805,000 and a median of $425,000. Four additional transfers recorded during the period carried only nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW

3 Egypt Rd sold for $350,000 on Aug. 12. The sellers, Lisa M. and Kevin E. Robinson, listed as trustees, sold the property to Zaccheus A. Robinson, a shared surname that suggests a transfer within the same family.

62 Crystal Lake Dr sold for $250,000 on Aug. 7. The sellers, Melanie Beach and Laurie L. Lowell, were listed as administratrix of an estate; the buyer was Jeash Real Estate LLC.

Beds, baths and square footage were not available in the deed data for any of the six sales.
