Carver Recorded Sale Prices Range From $250 To $805 In August

CARVER -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Carver between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings, but only five of those deeds listed a sale price, leaving most of the period's activity without a disclosed dollar figure.

The registry recorded nine property transfers in Carver over the four-week period. Five of the nine deeds listed a consideration amount; the other four did not, which is common for trust, estate and family-related transfers. Among the five sales with a disclosed price, considerations ranged from $250 to $805, with a median of $500. 16 Pond St. sold for $805, recorded Aug. 14. Sellers Stephen M. Buffington and Janet M. Buffington transferred the property to Shawn Alden and Selena Alden.

8 Cornish St. sold for $550, recorded Aug. 13. Seller Donna M. Keefe transferred the property to Brianna M. Kelly and Matthew R. Kelly.

10 Woodhaven St. sold for $500, recorded Aug. 10. Seller Salvatore M. Pergola transferred the property to Madeline Berio and Devin Lynch.

3 Egypt Rd. sold for $350, recorded Aug. 12. Lisa M. Robinson and Kevin E. Robinson, as trustees, transferred the property to Zacchaeus A. Robinson.

62 Crystal Lake Dr. sold for $250, recorded Aug. 7. Seller Melanie A. Beaach and Melanie A. Beach, as administratrix, transferred the property to Jeash Real Estate LLC.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

No street had more than one recorded transfer during the period, so no street-level cluster emerged. Grouped by disclosed price: one sale, 62 Crystal Lake Dr. at $250, fell below $300. Three sales, at 3 Egypt Rd. ($350), 10 Woodhaven St. ($500) and 8 Cornish St. ($550), fell in the $300-to-$600 range. One sale, 16 Pond St. at $805, exceeded $600.
