Only two of seven Lakeville deeds this month disclosed a sale price

LAKEVILLE -- Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show seven property transfers in Lakeville over the past month, but sale prices were disclosed in only two of them, limiting what can be said about the broader market.

MARKET OVERVIEW Seven deeds were recorded in Lakeville between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Only two of the seven listed a consideration amount: $425 for 4 Baker Lane and $865 for 32 County Street, producing a median of $645 across those two disclosed sales. With five of seven transfers showing no price, the raw count alone does not support a conclusion about whether the period was active or quiet; several of the recorded transfers also appear to be internal family or trust reorganizations rather than open-market sales.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No two recorded transfers in this period shared a street name, so no street-level cluster emerged. By price tier, the two disclosed sales fell at $425 (4 Baker Lane) and $865 (32 County Street). The remaining five transfers, including properties on Parkhurst Drive, Paddock Hill Drive, Main Street and within the Lakeville Business Park, carried no disclosed price.
