Hanover home sale prices span wide range as median lands at $807,500

HANOVER -- Ten deeds were recorded for Hanover properties between July 24 and Aug. 22, but six of those transactions were nominal-consideration transfers rather than market sales, leaving four recorded sale prices ranging from $660,000 to $1,560,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 10 total transactions for Hanover properties during the period. Of those, four carried recorded sale prices, ranging from $660,000 to $1,560,000, with a median of $807,500. The remaining six were recorded as nominal-consideration transfers, each under $10,000, and are not counted toward the price range or median. Based on the raw count of 10 recorded deeds, the period shows a moderate level of recording activity for the town, though the prevalence of non-market transfers limits what the count alone indicates about buying and selling conditions.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 108 Deerfield Lane, which sold for $1,560,000 on July 30. Michelle Zupancic sold the property to Lee DeVries and Laurie DeVries. At 42 Willow Road, Mark J. Crowley and Heidi J. Crowley sold to Jennifer McBrien and Samantha Oslowski for $915,000 on July 31. At 42 Tyler Lane, Joseph R. Hult, trustee of the Hult Trust, sold to Joseph Moussalli and Casey Moussalli for $700,000 on July 29. At 36 Monroe Road, David R. Brissenden and Lindsay T. Brissenden sold to Tam Le and Uyen Baotruc Pham for $660,000 on July 24.
