Mattapoisett's five priced sales span $415,000 to $1.2 million range

MATTAPOISETT -- Nine deeds were recorded in Mattapoisett between July 24 and Aug. 22, with the top sale on Woodlawn Avenue topping $1.2 million and four transfers recorded for nominal consideration rather than a market price.
