ROCHESTER -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Rochester over the past month, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $577 to $899 and a median of $759. Three of the ten transactions did not disclose a price, and two of those appear to be transfers within the same family into a trust.

Ten deeds were recorded in Rochester between July 24 and August 22. Seven of the ten listed a sale price, ranging from $577 to $899, with a median of $759. The other three transactions did not disclose a price, which is common in deed records and does not by itself indicate anything about market conditions. TOP SALES

The highest-priced recorded transfer was 136 Paradise Lane, which sold for $899 on July 30. The sellers were Ross Tyler Larsen, trustee, and Cassie Ann Canastra, trustee; the buyers were Sean Griffith and Danika Hopkins.

351 County Road sold for $850 on Aug. 11. Sellers Lisa Tobin and Jason M. Tobin transferred the property to buyers Ted Knopf and Clarisa Carmen Knopf.

136 Forbes Road sold for $782 on July 30. Sellers Raymond L. Honl and Tammy Patrick transferred the property to buyers Jarred Reuter and Aubrey T. Reuter.

127 County Road, Lot 9, sold for $759 on July 31. The seller was Sarajon Realty LLC; the buyer was Christopher S. Moniz.

31 Cross Road sold for $739 on Aug. 13. The seller was Sarajon Realty LLC; the buyers were Shane Galus and Tanisha Galus.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

County Road recorded two sales in the period: 351 County Road at $850 and 127 County Road, Lot 9, at $759. Sarajon Realty LLC was the seller in two of the ten transactions, at 31 Cross Road and 127 County Road, Lot 9. The remaining sales were spread across individual streets, including Rounseville Road, Walnut Plain Road, Pierce Street, Mattapoisett Road and Paradise Lane, each with one recorded transfer. Disclosed prices clustered tightly between $577 and $899, without a clear split into higher and lower price tiers.

Three of the ten deeds did not disclose a price. Two of those, at 139 Pierce Street and 19 Mattapoisett Road, transferred property from individual owners to trusts held by the same individuals: Ronald and Diane Lagasse at Pierce Street, and Alexander C. and Christina J.
