ROCHESTER -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Rochester between July 24 and August 22, with seven reporting sale prices ranging from $577,000 to $899,000 and a median of $759,900.

Seven carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $577,000 to $899,000, with a median of $759,900. The remaining three were recorded for nominal consideration under $10,000 and are not counted among market sales. With 10 recorded transfers in just over a month, the period shows a steady pace of activity, though the data does not allow comparison to prior months or to statewide figures.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced sale was 136 Paradise Ln, which sold for $899,000 on July 30. The sellers were Ross Tyler Larsen, trustee, and Cassie Ann Canastra, trustee; the buyers were Sean Griffith and Danika Hopkins.

At 351 County Rd, the property sold for $850,000 on Aug. 11. Lisa Tobin and Jason M. Tobin sold to Ted Knopf and Clarisa Carmen Knopf.

136 Forbes Rd sold for $782,000 on July 30. Raymond L. Honl and Tammy Patrick sold to Jarred R. Reuter and Aubrey T. Reuter.

127 County Rd, Lot 9, sold for $759,900 on July 31. Sarajon Realty LLC sold to Christopher S. Moniz.

31 Cross Rd sold for $739,900 on Aug. 13. Sarajon Realty LLC sold to Shane Galus and Tanisha Galus.
