East Bridgewater Home Prices Range From $140,000 To $860,000 In Late Summer

EAST BRIDGEWATER -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in East Bridgewater between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $140,000 to $860,000. Just over half of the transactions, seven of 12, included a disclosed consideration amount.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Of the 12 recorded deeds, seven listed a sale price. Those seven ranged from $140,000 to $860,000, with a median of $640,000. The remaining five transfers did not disclose a price, which is common for deed records and does not by itself indicate anything about those transactions' value. Based on raw count alone, 12 recorded transfers in a four-week span reflects a level of activity that cannot be characterized as high or low without comparative data from prior periods, which was not provided.

TOP SALES

The month's highest-priced transaction was 859 Union St., which sold for $860,000 on July 27. Joseph J. Howley and Nicole C. Howley were the sellers; Thomas Edward Bodio and Luann Bodio were the buyers.

40 Water St. sold for $710,000 on July 24. Thomas E. Bodio and Luann Bodio, the same individuals who purchased 859 Union St. three days later, were the sellers; Brian Gosnell Jr. was the buyer.

1044 Plymouth St. sold for $649,000 on July 31. Peter T. Oakley and Kathryn B. Oakley were the sellers; Edward A. Wronski and Jessica L. Wronski were the buyers.

37 Forest Trail sold for $640,000 on July 30. Rachel F. Furman was the seller; Samantha Joanne Studebaker and Jason Nicholas Karanzas were the buyers.

7 Rodeo Dr. sold for $510,000 on July 24. Cheryl Ann Burns, as trustee of the William T. Monahan Irrevocable Trust, was the seller; Christopher G. Kimball was the buyer.
