EAST BRIDGEWATER -- Nine deeds recorded in East Bridgewater between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5 included six market sales with prices ranging from $452,000 to $860,000, alongside three nominal-consideration transfers that moved property within family or trust structures rather than on the open market.
