MATTAPOISETT -- Six properties with recorded sale prices changed hands in Mattapoisett between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with two transactions clearing $1.1 million, according to deeds filed with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds. Five additional transfers recorded in the same period carried only nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Eleven total transfers were recorded in the period, but only six carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $451,000 to $1,175,000. The median sale price among those six was $942,500.
