HANOVER -- Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Hanover between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two included a disclosed sale price, limiting what the data can show about the town's overall price trends this period.

Surabian, and 141 Deerfield Ln, sold Aug. 14 from Robert M. and Jacob Christian to Laura C. Joyce. Neither transaction disclosed a price. No other street had more than one recorded transfer during the period.
