TOP SALES 120 Deerfield Lane sold for $1,751,600, the period's highest price, with Alexander Gordon Polofsky as seller and David C. and Kelly J. Surabian as buyers. 42 Bard Rock Lane sold for $1,750,000, sellers Paul and Margaret Bussiere to buyers Andrew R. and Amanda C. Puricelli. 962 Washington Street also sold for $1,750,000, transferred from Midstream LLC to Hoyle Street LLC. 70 Holly Berry Lane sold for $1,340,000, with David A. and Laurie J. Yeshulas selling to Daniel James and Victoria Elizabeth Riley. 17 Saddle Lane sold for $1,335,000; the sellers were listed as Louis R. Miscioscia, trustee, and the Saddle Lane LRM Trust, with Timothy and Mary Lou Medlock as buyers.
