Hanson Home Sale Prices Span $25,000 To $875,000 In Latest Period

HANSON -- Hanson's priciest recorded sale in the past month reached $875,000 for a Elm Place property, while seven other recorded transfers carried only nominal consideration and were not market sales, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data covering Aug. 7 through Sept. 5.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded 14 property transfers in Hanson during the period, but only seven were market sales with a disclosed price; the other seven were nominal-consideration transfers, each for $10,000 or less, that were not counted in the figures below. TOP SALES

91 Snow Street sold for $215,000, transferring from Ikeon Realty LLC to Brookside Realty LLC.
