At 25 P Street, the sale price was $517 on July 31, with sellers Jason R. Brooks and Anne Brooks and buyer Albert Lesh. The lowest disclosed sale was 439 Newport Rd at $470 on July 31, sold by John L. Divito and Donna J. Divito to Leandro Jose Rosa and Brenda C. Tavares.
