Just three of ten Duxbury August deeds disclose a sale price

DUXBURY -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Duxbury between July 31 and August 29, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. The disclosed sales ranged from $462 to $925, with a median of $805.

346 Summer St. sold Aug. 3 for $805. The sellers were Catherine F. Wajsfelner, trustee, and the John Delorenzo Family Trust; the buyer was Taylor Crimi.

6 Kingstown Way sold Aug. 5 for $462. The seller was R H Benea Cranberry Co. Inc.; the buyers were the Town of Duxbury and the Duxbury Affordable Housing Trust.

No other transactions in the dataset carried a disclosed price.
