MARION -- Marion recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with six carrying disclosed sale prices ranging from $285,000 to $1,685,000, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data.

MARKET OVERVIEW Six of the 10 recorded transfers included a sale price, ranging from $285,000 to $1,685,000, with a median of $972,937. The remaining four transfers were recorded at nominal consideration, meaning no market sale price applies; those are not included in the price range or median. A count of six priced sales in a roughly four-week window is a modest but not unusual pace for the town; the data alone does not indicate whether this represents a faster or slower period than prior months.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale was 7 Vine St, which sold for $1,685,000. The seller was listed as Enid L. Starr, trustee, and JRCP Realty Trust; the buyers were Eric and Robina Egertson. At 635 Mill St (Lot 2), the property sold for $1,300,000; the seller was Jay E. Hiller Jr., trustee, and PNH Realty Trust, and the buyer was Mill LLC. The property at 312 Wareham St sold for $1,150,000; sellers Chester O. and Debra Marie Rusinoski, as trustees, sold to Sippican Realty Group LLC. At 197 Converse Rd, the sale price was $795,875; the seller was Gary L. Robey Jr., trustee of the Gary L. Robey Jr. Revocable Trust, and the buyers were Lorna F. and Jennifer F. Eames, as trustees. Rounding out the top five, 9 Quelle Ln sold for $700,000; sellers David H. and Jessica M. P. Durfey sold to Quelle Lane LLC.
