Abington's four priced sales span $450,000 to $1.03 million this period

ABINGTON -- Plymouth County deed records show 12 property transfers in Abington recorded between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four carried a market sale price, with the rest reflecting transfers into or within family trusts.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Of the 12 recorded transfers, four show an actual sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $1,030,000, with a median of $762,500. The other eight were recorded as nominal consideration, typically $1 or $10, and are not counted toward the price range or median. Based on the small number of priced sales, the period reads as quiet for arm's-length transactions, though the broader deed volume was driven largely by trust and family transfers rather than market activity.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced transaction was 26 Crabtree Lane, which sold for $1,030,000 on Aug. 21. Steven J. and Keri L. Maguire sold the property to John and Krislyn Hardiman. Beds, baths and square footage were not available in deed records.

13 Mahoney Circle sold for $900,000 on Aug. 28. Luis A. and Julie A. Fleites sold the property to Daniel Jeremiah Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan Laredo.

590 Bedford Street sold for $625,000 on Aug. 27. Bedford Street LLC sold the property to Dinatale Realty LLC.

70 Groveland Street sold for $450,000 on Aug. 24. Michael A. Glick and Lima sold the property to Jameela Malcolm.

No street had more than one priced sale this period, though Bedford Street saw two separate transfers: the $625,000 sale at 590 Bedford Street and a nominal-consideration transfer at 890 Bedford Street from Bryan C. Needle and Robert J. Needle Jr. to Bedford Falls LLC.
