Norwell home prices hold steady in narrow band through late July
NORWELL -- Nine properties changed hands in Norwell over the past month, with five of the transactions disclosing a sale price ranging from $600,000 to $785,000, according to deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded nine property transfers in Norwell between June 26 and July 25. Of those, five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $600,000 to $785,000, with a median of $650,000. The remaining four transfers did not disclose a consideration amount, which is common in deed filings and does not necessarily indicate the properties changed hands for less. With five of nine sales priced and clustered within a roughly $185,000 band, the disclosed transactions do not show wide price swings for the period.
