Norwell Sale Prices Span $600 To $990 Among Four Disclosed Deeds

NORWELL -- Eleven property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Norwell between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four listed a sale price, limiting a full picture of the month's market.

12 Walnut Rd. sold for $840 on Aug. 19. The property was sold by the Casella Family Trust, with James C. Casella Jr. as trustee, to Kenneth Lawlor and Ann Lawlor.

179 High St. sold for $775 on Aug. 14. Eric S. Ziedins was the seller; Anne Leary and Daniel Leary were the buyers.

446 Grove St. sold for $600 on Aug. 24. Janet L. Williams was the seller; John J. Hornstra Jr. was the buyer.

No other transfers in the period included a disclosed sale price.
