The second disclosed sale was 1 Barlow Lane, which sold for $585 on July 24. Sellers Patrick Murphy Ryan and Erica Murphy transferred the property to buyer Laurel J. Carlson.

The remaining six transactions, at 19 Tinkham Lane, 133 Brandt Island Road, 118 Aucoot Road, 27 Randall Road, 3 Crooks Way and 7 Pinewood Way, did not disclose a sale price.
