WEST BRIDGEWATER -- Six property transfers were recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in West Bridgewater between June 19 and July 18, but only one carried a disclosed sale price, limiting what the data shows about the local market this period.

MARKET OVERVIEW Six deeds were recorded during the period. Of those, only the July 7 transfer of 117 Prospect St. listed a consideration amount: $485. Because that is the only disclosed price in the dataset, it also stands as both the price range ($485 to $485) and the median. Munafo as both seller and buyer); and 143 Scotland St. (sold June 29, sellers Y. Ayad Ayad and Mahaba Ayad, buyers the same two individuals as trustees).

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN The six transfers were spread across six different streets -- Crescent, Prospect, Kenneth, Progressive and Scotland, plus one deed without a listed street address -- with no street accounting for more than one recorded transfer. A price-tier breakdown is not possible for this period because only one of the six sales included a disclosed amount.

MARKET NOTES Four of the six recorded transfers involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same name -- David P. Signorino to David P. Signorino as trustee; Richard A. Andrews to Richard M.
