Carver Home Prices Range From $320,000 To $950,000 In Late Summer Sales

CARVER -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in Carver between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only half carried a market sale price, with the top sale reaching $950,000 for a home on Redtail Lane.

MARKET OVERVIEW Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 12 total property transfers in Carver during the period. Of those, six carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $320,000 to $950,000, with a median of $538,935 among the priced sales. The other six were nominal-consideration transfers, recorded at token amounts under $10,000, and are not counted in the price range or median. With six market-rate sales recorded in roughly a four-week span, activity appears moderate based on the raw count; no statewide or historical comparison is available in this data to characterize the pace further.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 8 Redtail Lane, which sold for $950,000 on Aug. 26. Lawrence A. Vanaria Jr. and Jacquelyn Vanaria, as trustees, sold the property to David R. Katz and Terry D. Katz. Bed, bath and square-footage figures were not available in the deed record.
