ROCKLAND -- Twelve deeds recorded in Rockland between July 24 and Aug. 22 show a mix of trust transfers, family transfers and open-market sales, but only three of the transactions disclosed a sale price to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
MARKET OVERVIEW Rockland recorded 12 property transfers during the four-week period. Of those, three included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $585 to $830, with a median of $720 among the disclosed sales. At 28 Blanchard St., the property sold for $720 on July 29; seller Ronald Leduc conveyed to buyers Maria Gutierrez Torres and Robert L. Gasdia Jr. At 142 Marks St., the property sold for $585 on July 27; sellers Kevin J. Whalen and Susan C. Whalen conveyed to buyers Derick Westgate Jr. and Kelly Cazeault. No other recorded transfer in the period disclosed a price, so these three represent the only ranked sales available.
