ROCKLAND -- Rockland recorded 12 property transfers with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between July 24 and August 22, but only three carried an actual sale price, ranging from $585,000 to $830,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 12 transfers recorded during the period, three had logged sale prices, ranging from $585,000 to $830,000, with a median of $720,000. The remaining nine entries were nominal-consideration transfers, each recorded for $10,000 or less, and are not counted in the price range or median. Price not yet available for any filings beyond the three listed; that is typical of deed data and usually reflects a reporting lag rather than withheld information. With only three priced sales out of 12 recorded filings, verified sales activity in Rockland was limited during this period relative to the overall volume of paperwork recorded.

Russell; the buyers were Matthew Morse and Kelsey Tonry. 28 Blanchard St sold for $720,000 on July 29. The seller was Ronald Leduc; the buyers were Maria Gutierrez Torres and Robert L. Gasdia Jr. 142 Marks St sold for $585,000 on July 27. The sellers were Kevin J. and Susan C. Whalen; the buyers were Derick Westgate Jr. and Kelly Cazeault.

One nominal-consideration transfer, at 140 W Water St, moved from DeOliveira and Locke to West Water Street LLC, an entity name that does not share a surname with the sellers.
