Scituate Home Prices Range From $850 To $880 In August Deeds

SCITUATE -- Nine property deeds were recorded in Scituate between July 31 and Aug. 6, but sale prices were disclosed on just two of them, both under $1,000, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nine deeds were recorded in Scituate over the roughly four-week period, averaging just over two sales per week. Of those nine, only two carried a disclosed consideration amount: $850 and $880. The median sale price among the two disclosed transactions was $865. Because seven of the nine deeds, or nearly 78 percent, list no consideration amount, the recorded prices in this dataset do not represent the broader range of property values that changed hands during the period.
