Two Disclosed Hanover Sales Span $660 To $995 In Late July

HANOVER -- Eight properties changed hands in Hanover between July 17 and August 15, but sale prices were disclosed in just two of those transactions, limiting what the deed data shows about current market values.

MARKET OVERVIEW Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show eight recorded transfers in Hanover during the period. Of those, only two carried a disclosed consideration amount: $660 and $995, for a price range of $660 to $995 and a reported median sale price of $827. The remaining six transactions listed no sale price, which the registry does not require for many transfers, particularly those between family members or into trust ownership. Because six of eight deeds lack pricing, the raw count of eight transfers offers a fuller picture of activity than the price figures do, and the two disclosed amounts should not be read as representative of typical home values in town this period.

TOP SALES The highest disclosed sale was 10 James Rd, which sold for $995 on July 21. Sellers Anna B. Bohlin and Jeffrey K. Bartlett transferred the property to buyers Robert and Kelly Trayah.

The second disclosed sale was 36 Monroe Rd, which sold for $660 on July 24. Sellers David R. and Lindsay T. Brissenden transferred the property to buyers Tam Le and Uyen Baotruc Pham.

No other transaction in the period had a disclosed sale price, so no additional entries can be ranked by price. The remaining six deeds, covering 253 East St, 95 King Hill Rd, 65 Cape Cod Ln, 81 Buttercup Ln, 47 Forest St and 416 Columbia Rd, were all recorded as price not disclosed.
